I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and started on my journey as a certified nutritional therapist in 2006, establishing my private practice dedicated to enhancing women’s health and optimising hormonal balance. Now, with a wealth of life and professional experience spanning over two decades, I passionately champion the transformative potential of nutrition, holistic wellness, and complementary health practices. 

Having held prominent roles as a leader and CEO within the media industry, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I witnessed firsthand the profound influence that investing in our wellbeing can have on both professional performance and personal happiness.

I am Co-Founder of The Better Menopause, a nutrition and science led business offering powerful nutritional supplements and holistic care to improve health and wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.

My private nutrition practice focuses on the health and wellbeing of women in midlife and beyond because I believe that it is during this transformative period in our life that we can make powerful changes to impact our short and long term health.


My Approach

I believe in making changes to diet and lifestyle that are achievable and sustainable. Short term fixes and fads rarely work or have a lasting effect. Food is medicine and we all have the power to make better choices for ourselves each day from our very own kitchens.
